I never got a shipping confirmation/ tracking email

Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to process. If after this time you still have not received a shipping confirmation email, it could mean that your payment was delayed, therefore delaying your shipment, or we might have the wrong email on file. Either way, the faster you let us know, the faster we can resolve it and find out where your order is in transit!
